Cao Bang
Cao Bang is a province of northeastern Vietnam. The province has borders with Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang, Bac Kạn and Lang Son provinces within Vietnam. It also has common international border with Guangxi Province of the People’s Republic of China


Cao Bang has a total area of approximately 6.724.6 square kilometers, including limestone plateaus interlaced with mountains of about 200 meters high. In frontier areas, the mountains might reach the height of 600 – 1300 meters. This is the land of forests and mountains which take up 90% the province’s area. The province is divided into three regions:
+ The eastern region with many rock mountains
+ The western region is combined between Rock Mountains and soil mountains
+ The southwestern region features soil mountains with dense forests.
Cao Bang has great potential for developing tourism. Traveling to Cao Bang, tourists will be impressed by the wonderful originated scenery dotted with mountains, rivers, waterfalls, streams. Several beauty spots to be named are Ban Gioc Waterfall, Nguom Ngao Grotto, Pac Bo Grotto, Thang Hen Lake...
Furthermore, Cao Bang is a cultural and historical land with many historical relics such as Pac Bo historical relic complex area, Kim Dong vestiges area.
